Daz3D has a generous 30 day money back guarantee on everything in the store except Platinum Club+ Memberships and Gift Cards. These items are NONREFUNDABLE.
When you make a purchase, please be sure to test it within 30 days of purchase. If you find that you are not able to get your product to work, please submit a technical support ticket for assistance.
If you have purchased a product and found that it just does not suit your needs, please submit a help ticket to sales support to request a refund. Be sure to include the purchase order number as well as the name of the product that you wish to refund. As long as your purchase was made in the past 30 days, you will be able to receive a refund.

3. Free Membership for Published Artists (more)
As a Published Artist, you receive a free Platinum Club+ Membership. If you are set up for automatic payments for your current Platinum Club Membership you will need to go into your account and remove your Credit Card information from the site.
You will receive automatic warnings telling you that your membership is about to expire. Ignore these warnings. Once the system has "expired" your membership, you can put your payment info back into your account.
If you are a PA and are not receiving the discounts, you will need to send screenshots of your cart with the Platinum Club discount not applied to pa@daz3d.com.
